The instrument is in an excellent condition. It was in the possession of a professional musician and was regularly tuned and maintained. It is in a good and playable condition, just some strings are broken and have to be replaced.

Gold-colored decorative strips on the lower edge of the instrument box and on the edges of the interior
Inner lid decorated with expressive mediterranean landscape with pine trees by a Rhineland artist.

In this thirteen life years it developed a very bold, warm and powerful sound and can cope as a solo and continuo instrument with the largest ensembles and orchestras. Each of the 8' has a very charachteristic own personality and timbre, this was a very specific wish of mine when I commissioned it. The instrument is in very good condition and has enjoyed very good care and regular playing.
